Digi-Dance Arcade

The Digi-Dance Arcade (2017) was hosted by the Choreoscope international dance film and installed at the Santa Monica Art Gallery in Barcelona, Spain. For dance film and visual art audiences, this art-game arcade presented an alternative vision of screen-dance with an interactive twist. Digi-Dance exclusively featured games with a dance or gestural rhetoric, from a mix of solo, indie and commercial developers.

Games on display included: Joust by Doug Wilson, Necrodancer, Floor Kids by MERJ/Hololabs, Just Dance by Ubisoft, Bboy by FreeStyleGames, Dance Dance Revolution by Konami etc…
